New Multi-Purpose Area

The new multi-purpose area will be located indoors in the current administrative office area for Carver staff. The area of the existing administrative suite is approximately 1,253 SF. These questions aim to help prioritize how the space will be utilized in the future. Please keep in mind that some options may have limitations due to the size and practical constraints of the area. For example, if "coworking" is selected as a potential use, the space might not support all amenities found in commercial coworking spaces.

Concept of 2021 Expansion Plan reflecting all three phases of improvements

This image was part of the 2021 Facility Expansion Plan. It shows a potential, aerial image containing all three phases of improvements. This survey covers questions to gather your input on the reflected outdoor spaces including the new Community Gardens, Outdoor Classrooms, Event Lawn with a Covered Pavilion and the relocation of the Juneteenth statues.

New Community Garden

The new community gardens will provide opportunities for residents to connect with nature, cultivate fresh produce, and foster community connections. These will not be located in the sunken gardens/current pool area. The pool area is expected to be filled in during the phase 1 improvements to make space for the event lawn and outdoor classrooms.
