Land Development Academy brings together the best instruction from the City of Austin departments involved in the site plan review process. This educational program offers a deeper look at the site plan review process from the experts who do this work. After testing and perfecting the curriculum with City staff, the Land Development Academy is now available for everyone who wants to better understand this process and its purpose. Whether you are a developer, a contractor, a neighbor, or a curious community member, we look forward to growing, learning and continuing to improve with you.  

As a token of our appreciation, Land Development Academy participants who attend two or more sessions are eligible to receive a Land Development Academy coffee mug!  The supply is limited, so be sure to claim yours before they are gone. Please email bianca.michuda@austintexas.gov to coordinate.
