Doris Hathaway Affordable Residential Development

Doris Hathaway rendering

The Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is developing 25 homes on publicly owned property located at the corner of Doris Drive and Hathaway Drive, across the street from Burnet Middle School. All 25 homes will be administered through the Austin Community Land Trust (ACLT).

What is the Austin Community Land Trust (ACLT)?

The ACLT allows residents to own a home without taking on the highest expense of home ownership in Austin: the land. These homes are more affordable because the AHFC covers the cost of the land beneath it. Learn more about ACLT at www.aclt-homes.org.
