The City of Austin’s Office of Budget and Organizational Excellence sought resident input on city services and budget priorities to be used in the budget development process. Responses were collected through early May 2025. Results from the survey will be compiled and presented to City leadership to inform budget decisions. The results will be made available to the public here in July 2025.
Boards & Commissions Budget Recommendations:
During the months of October 2024 and November 2024, a series community meetings were hosted by the City of Austin’s Quality of Life Commissions to share community interests and concerns regarding the 2024-2025 funding year. Various boards and commissions submitted budget recommendations for city leadership to consider during the budget process. Each recommendation received responses from the relevant departments. These are compiled into a final report which will be available here in July 2025.
Austin City Manager Community Budget Conversations:
Austin City Manager T.C. Broadnax hosted five Community Budget Conversations between February 2025 and April 2025 to share about the budget development process and gather input on budget priorities. Thank you to all who attended and shared your interests and concerns.
