The AHFC Board approved the purchase of the properties at 2908 and 2910 South Congress Avenue to build affordable housing. The purchase was completed in April 2025, and the demolition of the existing structures was finished by September 2025.
AHFC Property Operations will be visiting the site weekly to ensure it is secure and well-maintained.
