The City of Austin and the Austin Housing Finance Corporation are planning a new mixed-income housing development at 2908 South Congress. Throughout the course of this planning process, we want to hear from the people who live and work nearby.

We are inviting neighbors and residents to share what they value, what they need, and what they hope to see as this site takes shape. We’re looking for participants to submit an interest form for a focus group in July. Participants will receive a $40 H-E-B gift card. This isn’t the only opportunity to share your thoughts. There will be more opportunities for public input in the future. Stay updated on this page.
Submit an interest form to be part of the 2908 South Congress community focus group. Your interest form will be reviewed, and you will be contacted to confirm your participation. Deadline to submit is June 30, 2026. Participants will be notified by July 3, 2026.
