Repair Survey
Repair Survey
The City of Austin wants to know what happens with broken, damaged, or torn items in your home. Your input will guide recommendations to make repair more available. In this survey, we will ask you for information about yourself. This helps us understand which groups of people our programs reach. It also can tell us who isn't served by our programs. We will look at all the answers we receive and try to identify trends. It is helpful for us if you answer these questions, but they are not required. Your answers are confidential and anonymous. We promise not to distribute this information. We will not use it for any purposes except to improve our programs.
This survey should take 10 to 15 minutes. This survey is being given by an AmeriCorps VISTA on behalf of Austin Resource Recovery.
Repair is the process of fixing, mending, or altering an item to restore its function or return the item to a better state. For this survey, repair is limited to household goods (e.g., lamps, clothing, furniture, appliances, etc.). As you answer questions, please try not to think about repairs related to buildings (e.g., roofing, plumbing, HVAC).
