What is the CAPER?

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) assesses the City’s progress and the effectiveness of its performance related to its federally funded activities. A CAPER is required at the end of each year for all cities that receive federal funding. The FY 2023-24 CAPER evaluates the achievement of the City's overall strategies, objectives, and priorities outlined in the FY 2019-24 Consolidated Plan. The City will submit this report to HUD prior to December 29, 2024.  The Draft FY 2023-24 CAPER is available for review during the public comment period.
